Job Summary:

Thor Companies is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Director to lead the management of our corporate services, ensuring seamless operations and a high-performing work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with experience in coordinating daily operations, facilities, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring timely execution and delivery of tasks.
  • Coordinate collaboration between departments, platforms, and calendars to optimize efficiency.
  • Support administrative and coordinating tasks, driving new initiatives to enhance business operations.
  • Work with the Data & Technology manager to introduce, streamline, and improve policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for US offices and community, reporting quarterly to the Corporate Services Director.
  • Ensure sufficient stock of materials and inventory, maintaining competitive costs.
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Support scaling the US business from a logistical perspective, including new office locations and maximizing office space usage.
  • Take ownership of facilities maintenance, sourcing contractors for cleaning, inventory, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

Event, Culture & Community Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global and local in-office and off-site events, ensuring successful execution and budget adherence. This includes AGM, company holidays, sales days, and achievers' celebrations.

Sales Communication Leadership:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and execute sales communication strategies, taking ownership of internal communications related to incentives and ad-hoc competitions to drive motivation and performance.

  • Strong background in office management and administration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
