Role Summary

The Enterprise Solutions Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving new business growth within the expanding ECM industry. This individual will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their complex ECM needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth within the ECM industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing consistent, consultative support throughout the sales and post-sale phases.
  • RFP Response: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including drafting detailed, persuasive responses that highlight ECM Tek's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with the legal and technical teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years focused on ECM or a similar technology vertical
  • Experience in RFP responses, contract negotiation, and SOW creation
  • Comprehensive understanding of ECM solutions and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
