Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Director/Retirement Counselor to be an integral part of our team. This role involves facilitating resident onboarding and generating leads for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve optimal occupancy rates and fulfill monthly performance targets.
  2. Utilize CRM software to follow up with leads and cultivate new resources.
  3. Effectively communicate the benefits of our community.
  4. Identify and understand the needs and desires of potential residents.
  5. Conduct morning rounds to ensure facilities are prepared for tours.
  6. Follow up on all leads, tours, reservations, and inquiries.
  7. Assist with various administrative tasks.
  8. Participate in community events.
  9. Draft press releases.
  10. Maintain communication with families and residents.
  11. Address and resolve resident complaints and concerns.
  12. Support front office operations.
  13. Attend monthly family gatherings.
  14. Gather complete and accurate information to streamline the admissions process.

Qualifications:

  1. Present a professional demeanor through attire, behavior, and communication.
  2. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility is essential.
  3. A minimum of 60 college or continuing education units is required.
  4. Current first aid and CPR training is preferred.
  5. Willingness to relocate and travel as necessary for the role.
  6. Implement the Strategic Marketing Plan.
  7. Utilize CRM software for managing contacts.
  8. Possess a compassionate and uplifting spirit, with a passion for working with seniors.

Special Skills Required:

  1. Personal attributes, energy, and competence to work effectively with families seeking non-medical care.
  2. Exceptional communication abilities.
  3. Strong customer service and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  2. Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Supervision Structure:

  1. Supervision Given: Executive Director & COO.
  2. Supervision Received: Delegated by the Administrators.
