We are dedicated to providing top-tier advice and solutions to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our team.
About The Role:- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings with precision and attention to detail.
- Draft legal documents and reports accurately, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documents effectively, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases, providing valuable insights to our attorneys.
- Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Prioritize urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, adhering to firm policies and procedures.
- Manage billing processes for the team and clients with specific requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements, providing exceptional support.
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including liaising with clients, court personnel, and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software, with excellent technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding firm standards.
- Competitive salary package ($60,000- $75,000 depending on experience), with opportunities for career progression.
- Exposure to a wide network of legal professionals and potential clients, fostering valuable professional connections.
- Good level of flexibility, with a work-from-home policy allowing staff to work from home for 3 days a week.
- Monthly external training, plus regular office sessions and catch-ups, to support professional development.
