A reputable automotive dealership is seeking to fill the position of
Finance Administrative Assistant.

This role involves accurately recording automotive transactions in the financial system, managing warranty registrations, and overseeing the inventory management process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid foundation in finance. Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities - Finance Administrative Assistant:
• Manage automotive billing transactions for the finance department
• Confirm the accuracy of transaction details and process trade-in payouts
• Record all sales activities in the dealership's financial management system
• Ensure the precision of entries through established reporting mechanisms
• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications - Finance Administrative Assistant:
• Previous experience in billing or finance is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
• Strong analytical and research skills are required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with CDK software is advantageous
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
