Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Chenega Corporation. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to personnel, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
