Job Overview

Dynamic IT consulting firm is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to enhance our support operations.

In this role, you will engage with diverse technologies and end users, delivering exceptional remote and on-site IT assistance to our extensive clientele. Adaptability is essential as you navigate various office environments and technologies. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for technology are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support via phone and in-person, troubleshooting a range of network and end-user systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Collaborate with our team of IT professionals to deliver top-tier support to over 1600 endpoints.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues to resolution.

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows networking and desktop systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with technical certification being advantageous.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Proof of active automobile liability insurance compliant with state regulations is necessary.
