Position: IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Specialist to enhance our operations at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in IT support and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to our clients, diagnosing and resolving IT challenges, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Identify and rectify hardware and software complications for clients.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client IT challenges.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and sustain client IT systems and networks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client systems.
- Develop and uphold documentation regarding client systems and configurations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to pinpoint and execute process enhancements.
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and processes.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
This is a full-time role with standard working hours. However, occasional after-hours work may be necessary for network maintenance and support.
