Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to enhance our operations at Atticus Solutions. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in IT support and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to our clients, diagnosing and resolving IT challenges, and nurturing client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels
  • Diagnose and rectify hardware and software complications for clients
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client IT challenges
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Oversee and sustain client IT systems and networks
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on client systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of client systems and configurations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process enhancements
  • Stay informed about the latest IT trends and technologies to continually enhance our services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support within a managed service provider (MSP) context
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time role with standard working hours. However, occasional after-hours work may be necessary for system maintenance and support. We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement.
