Job Summary:
Pivotal Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- System Maintenance: Maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of services and data storage systems.
- Documentation: Maintain and enhance the IT documentation library, record activities, and provide technical documentation to employees and customers.
- Project Support: Assist with and/or lead assigned system and service implementations and upgrade/refresh projects.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows/Office), customer service experience, help desk experience, IT technical support experience, desktops, peripherals, accessories, and basic networking.
- Technical Certifications: Possess technical certifications in networking and cybersecurity.
