The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer to join our Customer Experience Team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our global clientele, assisting them in navigating our advanced products. Your expertise will encompass our Mobile Mapping Systems, Processing Software, and Web Services, allowing you to effectively resolve customer inquiries and challenges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers across various communication channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to guide customers in best practices.
  • Utilize internal resources to address common issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify critical issues and collaborate with specialists for timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating technical documentation for internal and partner use.
  • Enhance support processes to accommodate our expanding customer base.

Qualifications for Success

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer support, whether through internships or professional roles.
  • Exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Technical proficiency in areas such as surveying, web services, or data processing will be advantageous.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
