Position Summary: We are in search of a committed Technical Support Specialist to enhance our service delivery. The ideal candidate will take charge of offering technical assistance to our clientele via a structured ticketing system. Responsibilities will encompass user management, troubleshooting, and comprehensive IT support.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and address support tickets with professionalism and promptness.
  • Administer user accounts within Active Directory, Office365, and Google Admin.
  • Configure and set up user profiles on various computer systems.
  • Facilitate password resets and oversee user access management.
  • Install and configure printers and associated peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve user-related issues concerning computers and software applications.
  • Install and oversee software applications on user systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, ensuring proper access levels are maintained.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk capacity.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office365, and Google Admin.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and fundamental networking principles.
  • Experience in setting up and troubleshooting computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in an educational setting, especially within K-12 institutions.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and iOS platforms.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies and best practices.
