Overview
The role of a Technical Support Specialist is vital in facilitating communication between the internal team and our Client, ensuring that all technical assistance requirements are effectively met.
As the main contact point, you will interact with internal stakeholders to manage service inquiries, analyze and evaluate challenges, resolve issues when feasible, and escalate to Client personnel when necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Client service desk inquiries
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements
- Coordinate completion timelines
- Manage procurement of hardware, software, and equipment
- Plan and supervise equipment rollout and replacement
- Maintain inventory records
- Address issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Business Technology Team to improve user experience
- Assist in crafting solutions for the Division
- Deliver training sessions for all users within the Division
