Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gracious Health Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records and files;
  • Coordinating meetings and events;
  • Preparing correspondence and reports;
  • Greeting participants and visitors;
  • Providing general support to team members;
  • Managing equipment and supplies;
  • Creating and maintaining participant charts;
  • Scheduling medical appointments;
  • Communicating with other administrative members;
  • Assisting with agency events and planning implementation;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in an administrative role;
  • CPR & First Aid Training;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office or equivalent;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Accuracy;
  • Flexibility;
  • Reliability;
  • Teamwork;
  • Numeric and literacy skills;
Additional Requirements

You will also need to:

  • Pass an Employment Eligibility Verification;
  • Successfully complete a background screening;
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
