Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gracious Health Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy administrative tasks and are looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Record memos and take accurate meeting minutes to ensure clear communication among team members.
  • Greet participants and visitors, providing general support as needed.
  • Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring that everything is well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Generate agency documents, including reports and correspondence.
  • Schedule participant medical appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and update participant charts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other administrative members to achieve common goals.
  • Assist with event planning and implementation, including scheduling and logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
