About the Role

Bluepeak Advisors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our safety and service assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership in safety management within the organization, fostering a culture of safety excellence and mitigating risks to ensure quality and minimize incidents.
  • Develop and implement programs that ensure a safe workplace, including safety orientations, regular audits, quality checks, skills training, emergency preparedness, and the use of protective equipment.
  • Partner with field operations to determine the need for technical training, lead the development of technical training curriculum, and coordinate with 3rd party industry training sources.
  • Develop, measure, implement, and evaluate a quality assurance program to support the KPIs of field operations, driving sustainable improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Adept at identifying potential project roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally.
  • Effective time management with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with demonstrated abilities of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in understanding, interpreting, and applying regulatory requirements, with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Experience investigating, documenting, and developing corrective actions for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a leadership role in safety management and quality assurance training.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve safety outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and risk management principles.
