Your Impact:
As a Sales Manager at Milan Laser Hair Removal, you will play a crucial role in shaping client experiences, driving growth, and achieving results.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager who is passionate about results and customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve guiding clients through their laser hair removal journey, creating customized treatment plans, and leading a team towards success.

This position offers competitive earning potential, including a base salary and uncapped commission.


Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Experience in mentoring and managing a small team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using various software and computer systems.
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Executing established sales processes to meet revenue goals.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from consultation to customer retention.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducting engaging product consultations to convert leads into clients.
  • Promoting treatment packages through effective sales techniques.
  • Encouraging client reviews and referrals.
  • Coaching team members to achieve sales objectives.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and addressing client inquiries.
