Key Duties:

  • Efficiently print labels and orders
  • Lead the team through example
  • Encourage proactivity and accountability within the team
  • Ensure adequate inventory and shipping supplies
  • Oversee employee time cards and leave requests
  • Communicate daily updates on company sales and objectives
  • Guide the team to meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and shipping of products
  • Identify and report any problematic products
  • Regularly restock fulfillment stations
  • Process order returns as necessary
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift that includes a 1-hour paid lunch break:

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 4 PM (40 hours/week)
