About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tax Preparation and Office Administration Assistant in Miami.

Job Summary

This is an in-office seasonal position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will assist in tax preparation and filing, provide general office administration support, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide general office administration support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required, but preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
