Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with the Client Services/PMO Supervisor and work alongside Avantor's Clinical Services experts to support our clientele by executing tailored, mission-driven laboratory tasks and research protocols that facilitate scientific progress. Qualifications Required:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience: Background in Customer Service, Clinical Trials, or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is advantageous.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging daily with external clients, manufacturing facilities, sales teams, marketing, and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary contact for service-related inquiries.
  • Understanding business objectives and customer demographics.
  • Keeping all relevant parties informed of customer requirements.
  • Handling incoming customer communications and inquiries.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Communicating with both new and existing clients to address questions and facilitate account setups.
  • Interacting with clients regarding projects and service requests, including the preparation of written work orders and proposals.
  • Serving as the central point for all customer communications.
  • Assisting with project completion as needed, including providing shipment records and invoices to clients.
  • Generating invoices for services rendered by the Operations Department.
  • Assisting in resolving issues related to inventory, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Collaborating with Logistics and Operations departments to provide information on client requests.
  • Utilizing MS Office to create and maintain various administrative records and documents.
  • Drafting correspondence, including confidential and official documents.
  • Coordinating customer order requirements and addressing inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Identifying when customer issues require escalation and ensuring resolution.
  • Participating in or leading cross-functional teams to enhance departmental processes.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
