Key Qualifications:
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, Clinical Trials, or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) is advantageous.

Our extensive offerings include custom kitting, equipment and ancillary solutions, as well as biorepository and archiving services, ready to support trials of any scale, anywhere globally.
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with external clients, manufacturing facilities, sales teams, marketing, and other essential internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries.
- Understand business objectives and customer demographics.
- Keep all relevant parties informed about customer requirements.
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with both new and existing clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly, and facilitating account setups.
- Interact with clients regarding projects and service requests, capable of creating and providing written work orders and proposals.
- Serve as the central hub for all customer communications.- Assist with project completion as needed, providing clients with shipment records, invoices, and inventories.
- Generate invoices for services rendered by the Operations Department.
- Help resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, and invoicing.
- Liaise with Logistics and Operations departments to provide information on client requests that may aid in the setup and shipment of materials.
- Utilize MS Office to create, process, and maintain various administrative records and technical documents.- Draft correspondence, including executive and confidential letters and documents.
- Coordinate customer order requirements, expedite orders as necessary, and address inquiries related to products and services, including pricing, availability, returns, complaints, and cancellations.
- Identify when customer issues require escalation and ensure resolution.- Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to enhance departmental processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
