Responsibilities:
  • Engage daily with external clients, manufacturing sites, sales teams, marketing, and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries.
  • Understand business objectives and customer segmentation.
  • Keep all relevant functions updated on customer requirements.
  • Field incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with both new and existing clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and provide written work orders and proposals for client projects and service requests.
  • Serve as the central hub for all customer communications.
  • Assist in completing archive projects, providing clients with shipment records, invoices, and inventories.
  • Generate invoices for services rendered by the Operations Department.
  • Help resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations departments to facilitate client requests and material shipments.
  • Utilize MS Office to create and maintain various administrative records and documents.
  • Compose official correspondence, including confidential and legal documents.
  • Address customer order requirements, expedite orders as necessary, and respond to inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Determine when to escalate customer issues and ensure they are resolved effectively.
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional teams aimed at improving departmental processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
