Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Handle front office duties, including answering phones and directing calls to the correct staff member
  • Complete clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing new patient files
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and protocols to maintain efficiency and quality of patient care

Requirements

  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and EMR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
