About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Expansion Account Executive to join our team at Nextiva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing existing customers within the Nextiva family through upselling and cross-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and increase existing customers within the Nextiva family through upselling and cross-selling activities
  • Manage account portfolio through successful execution of Customer Touchpoint Strategy to improve customer lifespan
  • Strategically build a strong pipeline to ensure quota is consistently met
  • Demo specific elements of the Nextiva NextOS platform
  • Deliver Amazing Service, leveraging the value of our products and services
  • Document activity and communicate information regarding prospects and opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • 3+ years sales experience preferred in Telecom, UCaaS, Software / SaaS, Platform Sales, Technology, or other related industry experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed quota
