Corporate Executive

Our client’ firm is a well-established registered investment advisor (RIA) committed to delivering exceptional financial planning and advisory services. They are seeking a Corporate Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience within the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) space or a similar financial services environment, with a proven track record of scaling business operations across multiple regions. This role requires a visionary leader who can leverage technology and strategic planning to drive growth, particularly in niche markets. The Corporate Executive will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and leading it through its next phase of expansion.

Focus:

  • Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
  • Oversee the expansion of operations beyond Arizona, with a focus on developing a national or multi-regional presence.
  • Utilize expertise in scaling operations and implementing strategies to penetrate niche markets effectively.
  • Spearhead the adoption and leadership of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business operating systems within a high-growth, regulated financial services environment.
  • Drive technological advancements to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
  • Lead and mentor executive team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements specific to the financial services industry.


Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, specifically within RIA, investment management, or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding business operations into new regions and scaling organizational capabilities.
  • Strong experience in utilizing EOS or a similar operational framework to optimize organizational performance.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services and ability to navigate compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a focus on technological innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
