About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administration Expert to join our consultancy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of client benefit administration and payroll technology functions.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of completed modules and platforms, working closely with our Benefits, Payroll Services, and HR Consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Team Implementation Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client companies during payroll platform implementation projects.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure all client and vendor deliverables are met within established deadlines.
  • Collect, format, and upload data into platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal resources while maintaining client satisfaction.

Benefits Administration Implementation and Ongoing Support:

  • Oversee the implementation of Benefit Administration modules for new clients using Employee Navigator or other payroll-based benefit administration systems.
  • Set up integrations with payroll vendors and carriers via XML, API, and EDI, escalating discrepancies to the managing team.
  • Provide ongoing support for annual open enrollment processes and updates.

HR Module Implementation Support:

  • Facilitate the implementation of HR modules within client HRIS systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Performance Management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and more.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and activities simultaneously.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and escalate complex challenges appropriately.
  • Advanced understanding of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
