About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Weapons Systems Expert to join our team at Draper Laboratories. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to lead complex system design, development, and management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovative solutions to challenging technical problems with deep understanding of customer strategic priorities.
  • Assist customers in shaping their needs and develop requirements for programs that solve complex technical challenges.
  • Lead and develop large teams; mentoring and building depth in area of expertise, and cultivating mentorship in others.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of engineering discipline with 15-20 years of experience in design, development, and management of complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and written skills; ability to present technical material to various levels of organization and customers.
  • Nationally recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in discipline with broad knowledge across related technical disciplines.
