Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Comprehensive Insurance Providers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate payroll records for multiple employers, as well as administering benefits-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing: Process payrolls for multiple employers, including compensation changes, terminations, and wage garnishments.
  2. Benefits Administration: Administer voluntary benefits, including flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and dependent care savings accounts.
  3. HRIS Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, exemptions, and transfers.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Compile statistical reports and statements related to pay and benefits accounts, and ensure compliance with tax and deduction laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of payroll administration experience, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.
