**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Help Desk Assistant. In this role, you will provide technical support to students and employees with various IT-related issues, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enter and route tickets in the IT Ticketing System
  • Provide technical support to users using guided resources provided by the IT department
  • Guide clients through corrective steps and resolve issues effectively

Requirements:**

  • Current enrollment at Lipscomb University
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with new technology, different computer types, mobile devices, etc.
