**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Help Desk Assistant. In this role, you will provide technical support to students and employees with various IT-related issues, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Enter and route tickets in the IT Ticketing System
- Provide technical support to users using guided resources provided by the IT department
- Guide clients through corrective steps and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:**
- Current enrollment at Lipscomb University
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with new technology, different computer types, mobile devices, etc.
