Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and end-user support in various areas, including Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 10), Microsoft Office 365, off-the-shelf applications, Remote Connectivity Platform, network/local Client & Canon printers via desk-side, phone support or remote support.

  • Ticket Management: The ideal candidate will have excellent logging skills and be able to resolve first-line issues promptly or escalate them to other support teams.
  • Desktop/Laptop Support: The role involves providing break/fix/maintenance support, technology onboarding deployment, and offboarding asset recovery.
  • Mobility Support: The successful candidate will also provide support to the growing mobility platform (iOS, Android, and windows-based platform).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize issues on a case-by-case basis.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding support to employees while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • ITIL Experience: Familiarity with ITIL-based Service Desk principles is essential.
  • Windows Technologies: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange.
