We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist II to join our team at My3Tech in Tennessee. This is a long-term opportunity that requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist II, you will work under general supervision to provide technical support and problem-solving services to end-users. Your primary goal will be to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all network equipment within Shelby County departments.

You will be responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and operating personal computer, telephone, and network hardware and software components. You will also receive and process PC and telephone-related calls to the Service Desk and resolve basic issues via various communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing, testing, and troubleshooting personal computer, telephone, and network hardware and software components
  • Receiving and processing PC and telephone-related calls to the Service Desk and resolving basic issues
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues per user specifications
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical and software issues
  • Providing alternative solutions to maintain user satisfaction

For this role, we estimate an annual salary of approximately $55,000-$65,000 based on industry standards and Tennessee's cost of living.
