Help Desk Support Level 2
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Level 2 Technician to join our team at K2 Staffing, LLC. As a Help Desk Support Level 2 Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, and presentations.
- Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory.
- Design and implement Local Area Networks (LANs).
- Implement and monitor network security measures.
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware.
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions.
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions.
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server.
- A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with clients at a business level to understand their current and historic issues regarding their business and technology.
- Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
