About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide first-level contact and issue resolution for our main help desk phone line and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to questions and issues reported by users, troubleshooting the incident cause and resolution or escalation.
  2. Work independently with users, providing excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding customer service skills.
  3. Learn and follow agency requirements for application account access and set up new user accounts that meet department requirements.
