  • Manage data assets and promote data-driven decision-making for The Office of Pardon.

  • Identify and quantify data management process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and other partners to improve IT data infrastructure and reduce data accessibility barriers.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of current or proposed data and information systems to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of program growth rate and trend analysis for all program performance measures to forecast future business needs.

  • Substantial, hands-on experience in the systems being used, typically at least three years.
  • Broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.

  • Supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in automated litigation support is beneficial.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or information management/technology is strongly preferred.
