Human Capital Management Analyst

Patrona Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Capital Management Analyst to support the PEO IWS team in the U.S. Navy's office responsible for acquiring state-of-the-art ship and submarine combat and weapons systems.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional with a strong background in human capital management, operations research analysis, or a related field. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the PEO IWS team, leveraging their expertise to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing human capital management support, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and development.
  • Performing operations research analysis and assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve organizational performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.
  • 10 or more years' experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis.
  • Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
