Human Capital Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities
- Work with our Data Science team to analyze unstructured and semi-structured data, including latent semantic indexing (LSI), entity identification and tagging, complex event processing (CEP), and the application of analysis algorithms on distributed, clustered, and cloud-based high-performance infrastructures.
- Exercise creativity in applying non-traditional approaches to large-scale analysis of unstructured data in support of high-value use cases visualized through multi-dimensional interfaces.
- Handle processing and index requests against high-volume collections of data and high-velocity data streams.
- Utilize advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict, and make discoveries in complex data, and deliver recommendations for business and analytic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related business or quantitative discipline with 18 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
- Minimum clearance requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python (Pyspark, Pandas), SQL, R, or similar languages.
- Experience creating meaningful data visualizations and interactive dashboards using platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, RShiny, plotly, and d3.js to communicate findings and relate them back to how your insights create business impact.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL; preferred qualifications include linking analytic and data visualization products to database connections.
- 5–8 years of experience in the field.
- Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
- Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
