About the Role:
CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise to drive new business opportunities within enterprise clients, while growing existing client relationships. This role requires a strong ability to position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within assigned accounts. To meet and exceed individual sales quotas, the successful candidate will drive the sales cycle to success, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent energy and drive, with a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and identify valuable business opportunities within each account, which can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources.

This is a field sales role, and we are currently searching for top talent in the Nashville or Knoxville metro areas.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager – Mid Enterprise, you will be accountable for:

  • Building a successful pipeline to meet and exceed individual sales quotas, working closely with internal resources and individually.
  • Identifying new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive levels within assigned portfolios.
  • Networking within client businesses and influencing key decision-makers, typically at C-level.
  • Acting as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
  • Articulating and promoting the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within the customer base.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and preparing detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within assigned portfolios.
  • Working in collaboration with internal teams and leading a virtual team to drive and close opportunities.
  • Taking control of opportunities and accurately forecasting their business objectives and outcomes.


Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven successful track record in a similar role selling high-technology products to FTSE 250 companies. They will also have the ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level, strong security technology knowledge, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to create and deliver value propositions. Additionally, they will be able to identify and influence key decision-makers, succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level for a minimum of 2–4 years, and have a sales track record in the IT security industry. They will also be capable of closing solutions and services opportunities in the range of $150k–$1m and familiar with formal sales training methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Miller-Hieman, TAS). Strong business acumen and professionalism, leadership, and accountability qualities are also required. Salesforce.com experience is preferably.
