Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities within our high-growth sales verticals
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure consistent quota achievement
  • Exceed sales objectives and quotas through strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms
  • Represent Hireology at trade shows and conferences
What We're Looking For:
  • A driven, sales-minded individual with a passion for growth and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell Hireology's story to diverse audiences
  • Metrics-driven, with a focus on data and trends to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a preference for Automotive SaaS sales
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic
