Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Crestview Management, LLC. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of room assignments and payments.
- Handle guest requests and concerns, including room changes, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
