Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and visitors
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating medical procedures
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
