Job Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive patient experience by performing administrative and clerical duties to support the operations of a medical office or clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and medical staff
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements
  • Authorization experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in communicating with patients
