About the Role

The Account Executive position at Lumistry is a dynamic opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and expansion in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business and upselling/renewal opportunities through effective communication and demonstration of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to demonstrate the value of our products and services
  • Partner with Sales Development Reps to set meetings and coordinate follow-up activities
  • Assess prospects' needs and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Manage a high-velocity deal cycle and maintain a large volume pipeline
  • Consistently record all sales activities and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Represent the company and its brand in the marketplace

Requirements:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree and 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in software
  • Self-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual with ability to learn and become productive quickly
  • Experience evaluating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Heath-tech experience a plus
  • Smart, Hungry, Humble, and curious
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
