Job DescriptionRole Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads for our field teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business prospects through outbound lead activity, research, and personal discovery
  • Nurture prospects in Salesforce through email and communication efforts
  • Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships to understand their technology plans
  • Update and maintain records on assigned prospects and campaigns
  • Audit lead activity for campaigns and report back to management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of successful experience in outbound calling, preferably in technology
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting into Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven capabilities in account development, opportunity qualification, and time and territory management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and high level of integrity
