Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales leads for our field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business prospects through outbound lead activity, research, and personal discovery
- Nurture prospects in Salesforce through email and communication efforts
- Identify key decision makers and cultivate relationships to understand their technology plans
- Update and maintain records on assigned prospects and campaigns
- Audit lead activity for campaigns and report back to management
- 3+ years of successful experience in outbound calling, preferably in technology
- Demonstrated success in prospecting into Fortune 500 companies
- Proven capabilities in account development, opportunity qualification, and time and territory management
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and high level of integrity
