Business Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SMB, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and pain points
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects
- Generate high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting
- Create personalized messaging and outbound content to target new business prospects
- Research companies through financial reports, news articles, and other relevant sources
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and provide exceptional customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-related environment
- Business development experience in the SMB, Enterprise, and Commercial segments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
