About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at the Affinity Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Growth and Development: Identify and implement strategies to drive market growth and increase sales revenue for our clients.
  • Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, merchandisers, and buyers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales support teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or foodservice distribution sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, food science).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
