Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager

At The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guest interactions are friendly, efficient, and personalized, exceeding guest expectations and driving loyalty.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk, including guest registration, check-out, and telephone service, ensuring all brand standards are met.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Revenue Growth: Analyze and implement strategies to increase revenue, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring all front office operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficient in PMS systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
