Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned hotel front desk manager to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As the face of our operation, you'll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, addressing their queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager, providing accurate and detailed insights
  • Manage the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed, ensuring efficient operations
  • Direct front desk operations, ensuring customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
  • Supervise current front desk staff, hire and train new staff to provide excellent customer service and implement hotel policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
  • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
  • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
  • Excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
