Hotel Front Office Manager

- Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, addressing their queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager, providing accurate and detailed insights
- Manage the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed, ensuring efficient operations
- Direct front desk operations, ensuring customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction
- Supervise current front desk staff, hire and train new staff to provide excellent customer service and implement hotel policies
- High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
- Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position
- Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus
- Excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
