Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at ObjectiveHealth. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our CEO, managing daily operations, scheduling, and correspondence.

About the Role
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, taking into account the CEO's availability and preferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, responding to emails, phone calls, and letters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, utilizing excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Conduct research and compile data, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
