As a Loan Officer Associate at Lennar Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting our loan officers while developing foundational skills in mortgage lending, customer relations, and operational processes. About the Role

The Loan Officer Associate assists loan officers in various aspects of the mortgage lending process, including learning development, continuous education and licensure, support and coordination, business development and customer relations, and collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in formal training programs to develop skills in mortgage lending, customer relations, and operational processes.
  • Assist loan officers in completing various tasks and projects related to mortgage lending.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with internal associates to ensure seamless execution of loan processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Mortgage or banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
