Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Blackhawk Technical College. As an administrative coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Public Safety and Transportation Complex (PSTC) operations, ensuring seamless coordination of functions related to PSTC activities.
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $53,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities- PSTC Operations: Assist the PSTC Director in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to PSTC operations, elevating opportunities for process improvement and supporting positive client and community relationships.
- Client Management: Maintain an updated client management system for training providers, vendors/contractors, and equipment suppliers.
- Budget Planning: Assist with annual budget planning, monitor budget expenditures, and reconcile monthly budget management reports for the PSTC Director.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate with other academic divisions, departments, and programs to share resources and reduce costs for PSTC operations.
- A minimum of two years of related work experience or an associate degree and four years of experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
